They had to implement and test different methods, one of them based on the theory of general relativity. There is no publicly available software that can do the general relativistic concept.

Solution

Modify our current simulator for relativistic positioning system so that it works for satellites orbiting Moon instead of Earth. Perform the simulations and tests, provide recommendations.
