Problem

The type of data required the use of timing analysis algorithms which are not based on FFT. Consequently, the analysis was too slow to be feasible in case of large amount of data.

Solution

Implement the algorithms using MPI and CUDA to take advantage of speed-ups provided by multi-GPU processing.
