Problem

The interferometric coherence algorithm is so slow that computing all the combinations was not feasible.

Solution

Parallelize the algorithm to work on multiple pixels of the images concurrently. Implement in CUDA, to exploit the parallelizations and speed-ups enabled by GPUs.
